These granola bars are a great to keep around as a ready to grab snack in your house. We make these every week, and I am not ashamed to say I graze on these throughout the day. The great thing about this recipe is it’s versatility with ingredients. The original recipe called for an entire stick of butter, and I used applesauce instead. Feel free to swap the type of nut you use, or raisins instead of cranberries, even white chocolate chips instead of dark chocolate. The options are endless. Mix it all by hand, all in one bowl. - 2 Egg Whites
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter (crunchy or smooth)
- 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1/2 Cup Applesauce (plain or cinnamon)

- 1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries
- 1/4 Cup chopped Dark Chocolate
